Whatsup! Im looking for a few apps, and i want to see which ones you guys recommend... Im running Froyo on LG Optimus one

A notes app (with widget), just for taking down ummm.... notes

A bluetooth app to send and receive files to/from other phones

A security/anti-virus app

A good calculator app

And an app to get wallpapers (i use to have an app called iWallpapers on my iPod, and i loved it)

Also, i was wondering if there is a way to change my lock screen? I really like the HTC one, and i wanted to know if there was a way to customise mine

Thanks! :)

Notes - I've only really heard good things about Evernote

File Transfers - Bluetooth File Transfer is pretty simple

Antivirus - Not many android viruses out yet especially off the marketplace maybe lookout? It has alot of useful features like gps phone location, and i believe u can lock the phone remotly

Calculator - RealCalc is a scientific calculator I know there are graphing one out there aswell

Ringtones & Wallpapers - Zedge thousands or rigntones and wallpapers for all devices.

Agreed with above.

Do not get an antivirus app, it will use resources and not help you. If you want the other features of lookout then that is fine but you might want to make sure it works in your country.

For the lockscreen try WidgetLocker you can use it to close the HTC lockscreen and you can add other widgets to it as well.

- Note Everything for notes, voice, doodles but no widget. ColorNote has a widget.
- Explorer for sending things via bluetooth. Plus it let's you see & modify your sd card.
- Antivirus works fine & doesn't drain my phone. I'm trying Lookout Premium now for the privacy advisor. Just don't run it with Antivirus as that would strain & drain the phone. One or the other will do.
- I'm not too keen on wallpapers because they're easy targets for viruses. And I haven't found an app for it that doesn't require read_phone_state. You could resize & transfer from your iPod.

Extra: consider Privacy Guard to lock apps & sections of your phone

Quick Pic by far for gallery app

But I prefer handycalc over real calc. It graphs and does fractions, etc. It's more use friendly for my appeal personally.
