I rooted my Lenovo A563 with KingRoot. It said that the root was complete, but when I opened Root Checker, it said that it's been installed incorrectly. KingUser keeps on crashing and I can't open the KingRoot app to close it. My phone is going apeshit and I'm panicking. Please, what do I do?! I need a quick answer.

Sounds like Kingroot damaged and installed adware into system. You'll need to reflash it with the original Lenovo firmware. Should be able to find the downloads and instructions here.

FYI Kingroot is Chinese, and likely why it put the Chinese apps in. Basically it's monetized via ads and data mining, that's why it's free.
