Hi, this morning I was reading my emails. Suddenly my screen got green and then black. I heard my phone working when I press the screen but is black. What I can do?

Have you tried pulling the battery out, putting it back in, and recharging the device? I would suggest trying that =)

I would suggest taking it into the carrier store and having them take a look at it. It sounds like the display on your device may have gone out.

When you hit buttons on the phone (even though the screen is black) do you still feel the haptic feedback or hear sounds?

Yes, I heard the sounds and feel the vibration when I touch a widget.

Unfortunately I believe your display has fatally malfunctioned. I would recommend taking it into the store and trying to see if they can repair the device or retrieve your data off it.

Alternatively if you can backup your own data & have an insurance policy on the device you can use that.
