hello i want to change my gmail from my galaxy s2 to another account but without factory reset

If you go into the phone settings, there is a section for accounts. You can add and remove accounts from there. I've never done this, so I don't know if it will work on the primary Google account.

You can go into manage apps and clear the data from Google accounts. make sure the playstore is closed first. Then it will ask you to sign in again and you can use the new account.
be aware, though, that any purchases you made in the Playstore are tied to that email account, so you will lose access to them while using the other account.
