hey friends i wanna install other languages to my ace is it possible ,i have seen my frnds mobile his mobile is awsome when sms received mobile says the name of the sender and also the same for calls also is it possible for my handset my frnd has 2.3.5 os and i have 2.3.6 updated on 19th of july 2012

You don't need any more languages to do that, the ace already has enough languages in it. What you need is an sms reader app, there are tons of it in the market.
I have used 'sms reader' app, its small and simple, reads sms and caller's name and sms body content also, but there are many others that offer loads more features and tweeks, look them up in the play store.
