Yesterday i got a lg l70 ms323 as a gift from my brother.i'm in Bangladesh.Here our 3g networks run by umts/wcdma 2100mhz but metro pcs ms323 can't support umts 2100 but other versions can run umts 2100 such as D320.my question is can i flash D320's stock rom on my ms323?

Ok ive had a further look. Theres a long thread on xda developers. It is definitely a hardware issue. Seems like the bootloader has been successfully unlocked and there are custom roms for it but none work on 2100mhz ie it has been tried, sorry.
