Help me sort my neighbours out

Hello,
I'm having real hassle with my neighbours at the mo - they are making so much noise at all hours and they need sorting out before I sort them out. What I am really after is an app where I can get a shortcut on my homescreen (Nexus 4) to instantly record their noise, ideally also with a decibel reading as well. I can't find anything that manages all this at the moment - anyone have any ideas?

Sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with your neighbors! Not sure if this is what you're after, but you could try Noise Meter - I'm not sure if you are able to record with this, or if it is just a meter!!
