Help me to build small App

Hi guys,
I am new for Android Studio and have no experience in coding. I need to develop a small app & hope someone can help me.
I need to manage maintenance queries from my customers.
3 categories.
1. A/C complaint
2. Electrical
3. Plumbing.

In the home page above three options need to shows as Buttons.
Once click, they need to type a message, their name, contact number, email, date & time to visit.
Once above details filled and click send button, an email should go to the concerned email address accordingly as selected option at the home page.

1. A/C complaint => ac @gmail.com (email example only)
2. Electrical => electrical @gmail.com
3. Plumbing => plumbing @gmail.com

Can anyone please make this app from scratch and share with me the raw file so I can do the minor changes as required?

The device planning to use is Samsun TAB A 10.5

Please don't post personal email address in your post.

The layout UI design and function implementation are not complicated. You can try it yourself.
But you need a SMTP server and account to send emails.

You should also try web sites too, with a little bit of touches and watch some youtube videos, also classes does help out, then launch that too, but do not give out personalized emails out even in example though. instead you can have like twitter hastags.
