HELP ME TO FIX MY USB

When i connect my otg, this will pop up, and i can't access my files from flash drive. how to fix this? please help me. also its not recognized my smartphone in pc.

Break it down to terms you may forgot, did you emble the USB debug on your system, it is burried within the developer tools...

Just tap on the notification pop up, and choose "file transfer"..... Now your phone / PC should see your device

I must admit my first thought was "did you tap for more options like it says?".
