i have an android that no one uses except me and it has this consant message com.motoral.proccess.has.stoped and i cant get it off my screen and my parents dont know i have some apps on it and i dont want to get in trouble please help me i plan on giving it back to my parents clean thank you

What do you mean by "clean"? If you mean nothing of yours on it then you can factory reset from recovery. If you mean just removing these apps then maybe try clearing the cache from recovery and see whether that helps.

What did you do before this started? And is that the full message, or is there something else after "process" (the message sounds incomplete to me).
