First of all, welcome to the forum ;) It's always nice to say "Hi".

You've provided very little information. What's your model number, which recovery are you trying to flash, what it the exact description of your problem?
Did you unlock your bootloader?
How do you attempt to flash the recovery - through flashify/fastboot/other?
