Do you get an insufficient storage issue? Most of their games are large so that might the problem with your phone.

Yes, my phone is running out of memory.
Sounds about right given that the Zenphone Max only has 8GB, and Gameloft games can be 2GB or more. You might need to upgrade a better specced phone with more storage.
