my phone needs a update but the update will wipe out my phone

but they disabled my internet so i cant go into my marketplace to get a backup app

so i downloaded it on the comp but having trouble transfferng it to my phone to install

so i need to know how to do so ?

You mean, the 3G, Wifi, or both?

my 3g all im able to do is send texts and make phone calls lol
but i actually havn't tried wifi hmm
