I just buy my new SE xperia arc S and im new in this android stuff. I got 3 question wanna ask.
1)Where is the installer stored in my phone after I download apps from the market?
2)Is the installer will dissapiar after I uninstall the apps? If the installer is not dissapiar, how to delete it and where I can find the installer location?
3) is android 2.3.4 will affect the battery? Because I went to SE forum and do some survey and some of them had the same battery problem. The display use too much of battery..i set the brightness.to 10% and the display battery usage is 62% and above. Is it normal?
Sorry for my bad english. Hope u guy can help me.

Welcome to AF!

I've moved your query to the Experia Arc S subforum, it's not overly busy here at the moment, but hopefully it will pick up once a few more people buy the handset.

1. The installer (an .apk file) is also the app itself so you download it and that's it.
2. It installs itself to the phones data partition which is pretty hard to access without root permissions. Once uninstalled, all traces of the app should be deleted.
3. I'm not sure about the Arc S specifically, but generally Android 2.3.x has better task management and battery life is much improved over older versions of Android. You've done the right thing in turning the brightness down quite low, that will increase battery life. If you turn off autosync and WiFi/3G when you don't need them, that will help too. Also, having the display take up 62% of the battery is normal. On most Android phones, the display will always be the biggest drain on the battery.

Hope that helps. :)

Oh.. Ic.. About the 1st question.. I still dont understand ==. In computer, the installer will be stored inside download folder after I download something. What I mean is where does the installer located after I install the apps or game inside the phone? Does the installer stored inside download folder inside the phone somewhere?

The installer is stored on the phones internal memory. When you open it, android does what it needs to make it run via the apk (installer) file.

Some games store stuff on the SD Card, but most of the time, all data associated with the game/app is kept on the phones internal memory.
