I have a new or tv box android player model m8c and forgot my password and it will not let me change it to get in? It doesn't let me get past the password screen? Very frustrated? Can anyone relate to his or help me please?

Is there a hard-reset button on your device? If yes, you might reset it to factory mode. And you may find the default password from manual. Good luck to you.
