There's a flashing sign saying: "the process com.android.phone has stoped." i've done everything i know and anything has solved this bug. oh, i've flashed a rom to solve other problems on this phone but this has happened............ help meeee

Hello there!
Assuming the rom is for your device make/model/carrier correct?
Redownload the rom, check the md5 against the posted md5 at the download site to verify the integrity of it, then reflash the rom.
