HELP Moving dock icons on s3 version 4.0.4

I updated my samsung s3 to 4.0.4 and since then you can no longer move the apps in the dock at the bottom of the home screen you cant delete them move them off or move other things onto the dock. you can move all other apps by pressing the touch button left of your home button and select edit page to arrange apps but it hides the dock and you can no longer move apps by holding down on them. as far as i can tell from the internet this is only effecting australian users. and in ever other forum or thread i see every comment is saying just hold down and drag blah blah blah. I AND OTHERPEOPLE WITH THIS PROBLEM CAN NOT MOVE THINGS BY SIMPLY TOUCHING IT as far as i can see . every time you try arrange apps the dock is hidden and replaced with... create folder create page app info and the rubbish bin. and im not ******ed i know how to use my phone everything worked before the update. pls help:smokingsomb:

I know it is a workaround but......try downloading one of the many launcher applications in the Play Store. There are many, but the one I have used in the past is Launcher Pro. It will give you a different kind of scrolling home buttons on the bottom, that you may like better.

Are you trying to arrange the dock while you're in the App Drawer or in Homescreen?

1. Go into applications and click the far left button on the bottom.
2. Change the view type to customizable grid
3. Click the button the the bottom left again and click edit.
4. Move the icons as you please
