Help moving folders

Okay, so I downloaded a Rar file to my Sumsung Galaxy S, I unrared it using the app from the Android Market! Now, since I downloaded music, I want to move it from my phone, to the External SD where all my other music is stored, but I can't move it from the phone to the SD card!
Whats Up? any info is helpful
