HELP! MX Box Display issues

Hello so I bought a MX TV Box.

When I stream videos from navi or genesis I seem to be missing part of the right of the screen. I have altered the zoom and even then it doesn't correct the streaming video.

When I am viewing the lists and everything else its alright and everything fits on the screen, its as soon as I start to stream that it seems to be zoomed in.

I know I stated that I altered the settings but I did reset them afterwards and still no change.

Any support that anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated

Sorted mine by changing from 1080 to 720 in the box settings good luck.
