Help. My camera, camcorder, & clock widget dissapeared out of nowhere

Hello and welcome to Android Forums. 
You will need to reinstall your apps, but any data saved to your sd card, including pictures and videos should not be affected. However, in order to be safe, back up everything first. Resetting will also remove your mail and message databases.

Welcome to the forum. At this time I don't see the need for a reset. Reinstall the missing apps - and see if it happens again. This has happened to me before - I just reinstall my apps and everything was fine after that. Unfortunately the "unknown" does happen sometimes. Best of luck.
