hi im a newbie with a big problem. Someone has activated a wifi hotspot and tethered to my motorola droid. No big deal except they have taken all my files (including internal memory) moved it to an outside storage and they control all i do with my phone. i cant root it, i cant factory reset as they have it restore to the same settings. They also know everything i do on the phone, im assuming they have a key logger. BTW i would just shut off the hotspot but its not mine, they have gained access thru verizon and since i am NOT a verizon customer they refuse to help me. Motorola said my warranty is up. Other than get a new phone is there something i can do, that isnt too difficult to regain my phone? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
