Hi, jhepz, welcome to the Android Forums.
First of all, I'm sorry for late replay.

Follow these steps to recover your phone:


Step 1:
----------
First you need to check if your phone can boot in Emergency Mode. Just press and hold Power + Volume Up + Back buttons. If you see a yellow screen displaying "Emergency Mode", means you can still unbrick your phone.


Step 2:

Now download a utility called "KDZ Updater" from my Google Drive:

And yes, make sure you've LG drivers installed.
If you don't have LG Drivers, download from here:

LG United Mobile Driver


Step 3:
----------
Now download official ROM of your phone from here:

http://csmg.lgmobile.com:9002/csmg/b2c/client/auth_model_check2.jsp?esn=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

where "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" is your IMEI Number.
You can find your phone's IMEI Number at back of the phone, beneath the battery.

Now download the ROM (.kdz file) using the link as shown in the below image.

Step 4:

Extract KDZ Upadter.7z using any archiver like WinRAR.
Install "msxml.msi" package and restart your computer.

Now boot into emergency mode and connect you phone to computer.
Let Windows install device first.

Then right-click "KDZ_FW_UPD.exe" and select "Run as Administrator"

Now make the following selections in the application:
Type: 3GQCT
PhoneMode: CS_EMERGENCY
KDZ File: Locate the .kdz file you dowloaded.

Then click "Launch Software Update" button and wait.

I haven't still bricked my phone but I do have used KDZ Updater to apply official ROM Updates.
