Help help my mediapad m1 throws up chinese messages (possibly japanese) like a chat room or similar

Was wondering if anyone can help.
I have a huawei mediapad m1 and i randomly get notifications in chinese type lanuage, sometime it comes up like a chat or conversation, some words will be like english words relating to my tablet, things like some apps i have installed and the manufacture of my tablet, does anyone have any info on this and is it safe and ignorable????

Sorry forgot to mention, tablet was rooted with a one click root but anti virus has not flagged anything up suspicious
