Help my MXQ it is frozen!

I just got a new MXQ and I don't know what I did but After it turn on it shows the home windows, the memory % in use is moving, but after few seconds it shows "ITV@68" and then I got a windows message

Do you want to update airpin? Cancel yes

Box does not responds to the remote control commands.
I did the toothpick reset but also the box does not responds to the RC
Can you help me?

Plug in a USB keyboard and mouse.

Thanks, It works again!... I also changed batteries to the remote controller and also it works again.. looks like the red led is not connected to the IR led.
