Help! My Oppo R9 Plus won't vibrate!

About a week ago I noticed that my R9 plus had stopped vibrating. I've tried turning the vibrations off and on, have tried restarting the phone. Any ideas as to what to do next? I got the phone in December.

You've done the obvious things I think, so I suggest it could be faulty, warranty service required. Oppos have a one year warranty. I have an R9 Plus myself.
