HELP: My Phonebook(Contacts) Keep Getting Cleared

Whenever I import my contacts from my sim. It gets cleared a few minutes later. Anyone know how to fix this problem? Please help, thank you.

I doubt they're getting deleted.

People:
Menu/view and tick wherever you're importing them

i actually figured out the problem.. Thank you... i had the sync "my contacts from google" deactivated.. and when imported the contacts from my sim... the contacts. where being synced to my google contacts. once it is done. the contact list on my phone clears.. so i activated the sync "my contact" and sync the contacts from my google account back to my phone.. sorry if it is not clear..
