Help help my Samsung is stuck

I need help my Samsung tab 10.1 is stuck on downloading mode. A green android guy and a white box next to him. I don't know how it got there .How do I remove this??? I tried holding the power+ volume down key still nothing is helping.

Just press and hold the power button until the phone reboots. If it boots back into download (odin) mode, then I'd have to say that your boot partition was somehow damaged and you'll need to reflash the firmware.
