Help, need to copy playlist from MixZing

I have created a playlist from pretty much all the albums I have on my phone. It took me couple of months listening and choosing songs I like until playlist was complete. It is rather extensive list now. I want to change phones, but don't know how to save or copy playlist. I would hate to go through all the albums again.
Please help if you know the way to copy the playlist.

Thanks.

I'm just guessing here (I don't use my phone as a music player), but get an app called Helium (free at the Play store) and back up the app that uses the playlist. Then use Helium to restore that app in the new phone. Helium is supposed to back up and restore not only the app but all its data, and a playlist is considered data for a music playing app.

If it doesn't work, all you've lost is a few minutes, since nothing will get destroyed and the app is free. (You'll also have to download an app to run on your computer if the phones aren't rooted, but that's free too, and Helium will give you the link for that app.)
