Help Needed!! Need an App made for school Project..

Hi Everyone..
I am totally new to this forum and Hope to get help for my project in here as i am a total noob in making apps..

I have a school project in which i have to make an App. Well i know What i want to my app to do Like I want to make an app that is type of a counter which uses the accelerometer of the phone to count when the phone is tilted a bit...
Well i don't know if this app is too hard or too easy But i would love if someone wants to help me...

PM me or reply in the thread, am willing to Pay as well if that is what it requires...

What should the app do with the number of counts?

it should just display the counts on the screen..
Like if the phone is tilted thrice or 4 times... it should show 4 on screen and so on..
