help needed please

My samsung galaxy ace doesn't receive any calls or texts.. and when i try to call someone it says "Mobile network not available".. When i try to verify my phone number to WhatsApp it doesn't send me a message because i dont recieve any messages or calls. This is really annoying and i would appreciate some help

Have you been to your service provider's support pages?You should be able to get the APN/Message details for your provider and enter them manually?

Here in the UK my phone network is"Vodafone" so if I need APN/Settings info etc I go there like this,

Your Device -Vodafone-Help

but you need to know what carrier/phone network"You" are on
