Root Help needed with flashing Pac Rom

I had Pac Rom installed before on my Boost S3. I started having issues with 4g so I flashed a stock NDC rom only to realize I was already on the ND8 bootloader. I reflashed the stock ND8 tar which went fine and showed in recovery as official, but I still have no 4g and I am unable to install any custom roms at all. They will all stay stuck at the boot animation screen. I'm lost as to what the problem is. I rebooted to twrp wiped data/factory reset. I flashed the rom and then gapps, I also tried flashing just the rom without gapps, but I am still stuck at the boot animation. This happend with conquest singularity too.

Try updating to the latest firmware. NJ2 is newer than nd8. PAC and conquest are pretty old. AICP 10 is running great for me. And it's 5.1.1. Exodus is good too.
