Help Help! New with samsung s6

[Android Question]

So up until today I owned and only used an iphone. To be specific today is the first time I ever held and used a samsung s6 (which i picked up today).
I know this is a probable easy fix and I've been searching around to fix this issue with no result but I'm guessing some setting is enabled making it a huge pain to type/use. The phone is brand new and to type I have to click each letter 3 times for it to appear once!? Having to double/triple click 3 times per letter each time or double/triple click a button to do anything is starting to get real annoying. Is this a normal setting to experience from a factory new s6?

Discovered it was a accessibility feature located somewhere in the vision tab-disabled it and fixed the issue, just wondering now if all factory s6's start with that feature enabled or was mine just used as a demo
