Help HELP! OTT TV BOX M8 Display Issue When Streaming

I recently purchased an OTT TV Box Model M8 and somehow changed the video display to only show the top left half of the screen/ movie. This only happens when watching a stream, not in the user menu. I tried playing around with the video configuration but only made it worse as I now have the outline of the menu showing on top of the first issue.

Please help.

I was having the same problem. I went to settings and display. There i turned off HDMI auto detection and then it will let you choose the HDMI output mode setting for your tv. Change it until you find yours. It worked for me.
