HELP! Palm memos/tasks to Droid on Apple

Hello. I am newbie here, hoping there is someone out there who's done this frustrating transfer and can help me.

Have 1000's of important memos collected over 10 years of Palm use that i would really like to get onto my X. I have Apple computer, so i do not have Outlook. ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. thanks,
