Please help me!
So about a week ago my mother was driving and her phone started making noises. She thought it was someone calling her so she handed me the phone to see who it was. No one was calling her nor was she on a call. Her phone was playing, like an ad. Something about a childcare service if your child is sick. I did't tell her because I just thought it was random. Right now her phone went of again, saying the SAME exact thing. And it's creeping me out because it sounds like a business lady trying to sell you something. Please help me! I tried turning sound off, rebooting. Nothing works! Also how do I change the noises it makes with like calls? Because my mom didn't change the ring nor did I and now her ringtone when someone calls sounds like a siren! Help me please
