HELP... phone gone rogue SIM not readable

I am with Verizon and a few weeks ago while using my phone got the notification that my Sim card was not readable. Shortly after that my phone started to go into a boot loop. Got a new Sim card and new SD card cause I was told that would fix issue. 5 Sim cards, 5 sd cards and factory resets later I'm still getting Sim card is not readable. I treat my phone like a baby, there is no damage at all. Verizon won't do anything to help me. Can anyone help me with this
 
Sounds like the SIM card reader in the device has stopped functioning to me. You can call Samsung at 888-987-4357 to check your warranty status and see about getting that device repaired by sending it to their Plano, TX repair facility (free of charge if in-warranty).
