Help! Phone is stuck on a black screen and will not boot into anything

So after trying to flash NovaOS onto my j5 prime and it not installing correctly I decided to advanced wipe my phone using twrp and now it seems to be stuck in a boot loop.

Phone is stuck at a black screen (screen is on) but will not boot in download mode or recovery mode
