Help Help Please. Getting factory apps back

Im running KitKat on an Acer Iconia One 7
I rooted the tablet and got carried away and deleted alot of apps.
I tried to unroot but was left with alot of stuff missing so i rooted it again.
I want to get the original video app and music app back but cant find them anywhere?
And is there also somewhere i could download the original kitkat and start from the beginning again?

Thats just because no one has anything helpful to say! I think your only option would be to find a stock rom and flash it (as you said), but I don't know where from. Try looking on the xda forums maybe..

If you could find someone with a rooted iconia (same model, version etc) who has not deleted the apps you may be able to copy the .apk files from that phone.
