Help Help Please!! I have locked my Moto X 1st gen for good. Need to fix it

Hi,
I have little experience in unlocking phones I have a Moto X 1st gen with At&T and I have put another carrier sim card and put a looooot of times the wrong pin #.
Apparently I have screwed up the phone. The mobile hack store wants to charge me USD 100 to unlock it.
In the screen I have a sim card icon with a red exclamation mark and a red triangle with a white cross.
Please help me.

Factory reset it. There's tons of guides on how to for the Moto X. But sadly you will need to delete all of your data. I have no idea what you're saying (If the SIMCard is locked or the phone is locked) But a factory reset if the phone is locked should do it.
