Help Help please my phone has died :(

I was browsing the web on my phone this morning when all of a sudden the screen went black and the green power light in top left corner flashed and then the phone died! I tried taking out sim card and replacing but nothing. As no battery to take out I don't know what else to try. Has anyone else had similar problem?

Press and hold the power button for about ten seconds. This simulates a battery pull, the LED will flash a few times, then the phone will power down and reboot.
