Help Please. on Picture or Gallery Icons

I had It.. Really I did. But Lost it

Could anyone please, Please point me in the right direction on where I might RE-find the Group of Icons that you use with LauncherPro to make Icons on the desktop from Photos??

I've been looking for hours to try and refind the page where it was posted.

any and all help greatly appreciated..
