I am new to this site and wondering if anybody could help me. My mom has a galaxy note4 and all of a sudden her phone got stuck in the startup logo. I tried going to recovery mode or the wipe cache thing but her phone did not respond, i also tried odin mode and download the exact firmware her phone has but apparently theres always an error (<ID:0/003> Can't open the serial(COM) port.) im pretty sure her phone is connected to the and i tried every usb port but odins results always fail. someone please help we cant afford a new phone.

Have you tried different USB cable, preferably the one that came with the phone?
Also try new USB drivers.
