Help Please!!!!!!!!!

someone please help me! my motorola droid is off and i plug it into the wall charger and it shows the M then shuts off. then i plug it into my computer the only thing that happens is the white led light turns on. then while plugged in to computer i turned it on and it went straight to bootloader and said battery low
