help please !!!!

Hi folks can anybody help here and tell me why i only have unlimited calls and emergency calls
on my mobile, is it the signal somethings wrong with ?? sorry dont know anything about mobile phones lol thank you .......

Emergency calls only means that you are out of your home network's coverage. The phone can make emergency calls using other networks, but only emergency calls. If this happens everywhere you go it could suggest a problem with your phone or SIM, or a network outage. If the SIM (if your network uses them) works in another phone that would imply a phone problem - conversely if it was the same when you put it in another phone then the phone is fine and it's either the SIM or network.

Finally, if you've just got the phone, is it possible it's not been activated yet?

Sorry, that's a lot of answers, but I'm trying to consider all of the possibilities.

I've no idea what "unlimited calls" means in this context though - never seen that.
