Help pls car Bluetooth music

My galaxy s5 will connect via Bluetooth in my car to talk on it hands free mode. But I have been tried to have it play my music via Bluetooth like my note did and it will not play any music. When I'm tryng to check the check mark media audio use for media audio it will not let me at all. In the Bluetooth settings. The one under use for phone audio witch that one is checked.
Can someone pls help me bc I just don't know what ales to do??? In the picture it's off bc im just showing you that I'm at the right spot where the checkmark is. But like I said it will not let me check it.

-What is the Make / model /year of your car, and if you can the version of software the car is running.
-Have you tried to remove the device profile from the car and the phone and repairing them?

I went to the dealership today they tried to do it hooked up the computer to the car everything works then the car guy hooked his phone up galaxy note 3 it also didn't work.
My car is a optima 2013 see it did work but then I updated my phone the Samsung software update since then it's not working but my galaxy s5 don't either
