Hi! About 2 days ago I recieved 2 cell phones as a gift from my dad who lives in U.S. these 2 phones were owned by him, he acquired them through metro pcs´ deals, the phones were Lg f60 (This is the one with the problem) and a samsung avant, the samsung one had no issue whatsoever I haven´t tried with a different sim card yet, so until now the samsung one doesn´t have any type of blocking, but the lg does. The frist time i turned it on it sent me a message saying "Unfortunately home has stopped workin" there is no wallpaper, no icons or anything if i press ok it gives the same message again. Sometimes it says "Unfortunately google play has stopped working" or other apps. So basicly its blocked i can´t do anything with it besides than turning it off and swipping my finger from top to bottom to pop the above menu that android has and toogle the wifi, blue tooth, etc. and after swithing something the phone freezes completely for a while and then return to the home screen.
Sometimes when i turn it off and then on it remains repeating the lg welcome sign and the metropcs welcome sign.
So if you could help me i would really apreciate it
