I've got a Samsung Galaxy Spica (gt-I5700) 2.1-update 1.
I wana now how to update my 2.1 to 4.0 easy!
i have no idea how to do it so pls help me...

Welcome to the forums, agge275!
Unless your phone has an update rolled out to it, you will need to root and install a custom ROM. It looks like a bit on the underpowered side for ICS, but there are CM9 ROMs floating around.
