Intresting idea but i think this will be a hard first project but i recomend doind a list of things to do and work your way down.
You will have to learn java or C++ depending on if you use sdk or ndk.. Most people use sdk so thats just incase..
I dont realy know the exact things you should study but if u make a list and start with for example a login screen you will learn about that etc etc..
