Help Help plzz galaxy ace

Hiii everybody
I have samsung galaxy ace since about a month and it runs smooth except few freezing may be for two times
my problem now is with the media volume it suddenly decreased and i don't know also the notifications volume although i et them before to the highest levels so help plzzz

you got to go to settings>sound>volume its in there

From what I understand the volume was okay before. It won't hurt checking all the volumes again, but that doesn't seem to be the issue. Question for manoosh: has the volume also decreased in alarms and ringtones? Is the media volume low with all the music or just some?

thanks soo much for the effort ....the problem was fixed by restarting the device
