Pop up ads after every phone call started after updating multiple apps. Also have diamond & heart icons floating on home screen occassionally. When tapped these direct to "Market" . Not Google Play. Ad cleaners do not remove this.
 
Go into the play store and check recently updated apps. could you provide a list? Sounds like one of them is supplying adware. This is a typical tactic of shady developers ... they give you an app that seems okay and then bundle this crap in an update.

You can also install the AdWare app and let it scan your phone. Remember that it will detect "threats" in most free apps, but you can check the details to find the offending app. I have used this to delete mystery pop ups in the past.
